Order and Ticket Details

The left side of the My Tickets menu shows you a complete list of all of the ticket orders you have placed for events on the tixsa system. You can select individual orders to see each set of purchase info, or you can reprint your tickets.

Within each order, you can also see details for each ticket, including venue information, a link to directions in Google Maps, age restrictions, and price level or section details.

The user profile shows the name, location and email address assigned to your account. You can change these details by clicking Settings.

If someone purchased a ticket for you with their name on it instead of yours — or if your name is not on the ticket for any reason — you should know that any individual will be granted access to the event under another individual’s ticket reservation (i.e. you will be allowed in even if the ticket says your friend's name).

However, the event organiser reserves the right to ask for identification in relation to the tickets, but this should only be necessary if there is a discrepancy with the tickets (e.g., any fraudulent activity) or if the ticket must be picked up at the venue.

If you are going to an event and plan to pick up Print Receipt tickets under someone else's name, we recommend having that person change the name on the tickets in their account. You can change the name on a ticket on your My Tickets account.

No. tixsa does not provide a service for customers to sell their tickets to others.

This message only means that tickets can no longer be purchased online — depending on the event, tickets may still be available at the door or directly from the event's organiser. We recommend contacting the event organiser to determine if tickets are still available.

Please note: This message also means that tickets are no longer available over the phone through our call center.

If you need to change the name on your tickets for any reason (such as gifts, exchanges, etc.), please follow the steps below to edit and reprint your tickets

Order and Ticket Details

The left side of the My Tickets menu shows you a complete list of all of the ticket orders you have placed for events with tixsa.

You can select individual orders to see each set of purchase info, or you can reprint your tickets.

Once you've clicked to view more details about your event, you will see the following options.

To the right of Name on Tickets you will see a Change Name option. This will prompt you to enter the new name you would like on the tickets.

Once you've updated the new name, you may now resend a new receipt to your email address or click Print / View Tickets.

Please keep in mind that the name on our tickets simply reflects the account for which the order was processed under. In most cases, only the main person on the order will not be required to show valid ID when entering (unless there is any suspicious activity).

If you lose your password, just visit the My Tickets page and click Forgot your password?

Enter your email address to receive a link you can follow to create a new password.
